These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the client (referred to as "you" or "the client") and The Bollywood Helpline (referred to as "we", "us", or "the company") for any film, TV serial, or advertisement production services. Established in 1988, we are a leading production company majorly operating in Rajasthan. Our comprehensive services include total film production, area selection, food and catering, equipment rental, travel arrangements, and manpower supply.

Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as they outline the responsibilities, expectations, and guidelines both for our company and the client. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

# 1. Scope of Services

The Bollywood Helpline offers the following production services:

- *Total Film Production*: From pre-production to post-production, we manage every aspect of the film or project.

- *Area Selection Services*: Assistance in identifying and selecting shooting locations based on the project’s requirements.

- *Food and Catering Services*: On-site catering for cast and crew during the production.

- *Equipment Rental*: Provision of all necessary equipment for film, TV serial, or advertisement shoots, including cameras, lighting, and sound equipment.

- *Traveling Arrangements*: Coordination of transportation for cast, crew, and equipment during the project.

- *Manpower*: Provision of skilled personnel for various production roles, including technical crew, production assistants, and support staff. Our primary area of operation is Rajasthan, but we can accommodate projects in other regions upon prior arrangement.

# 2. Engagement of Services

When you engage The Bollywood Helpline for any of the services listed above, the following process will apply:

- *Consultation*: We will consult with you to understand your project requirements, schedule, and budget.

- *Quotation*: After our consultation, a detailed quotation outlining the scope of work, estimated costs, and payment terms will be provided.

- *Service Agreement*: Both parties must sign a service agreement detailing the terms of the project, including the specific services provided, timelines, and payment terms.

# 3. Payment Terms

We operate with a 50% advance payment policy, and the remaining 50% of the total project cost will be billed *on a daily basis* throughout the duration of the project.

- The advance payment must be made before the commencement of any work. No work will begin without receiving the agreed 50% advance.

- The daily payments will cover ongoing costs, including equipment rental, manpower, catering, and other services.

- Failure to make timely payments may result in a halt in services, and delays in production will not be the responsibility of The Bollywood Helpline.

# 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

At The Bollywood Helpline, we understand that changes in schedules or project details can occur. However, if the client decides to cancel the project, the following conditions apply:

- No Refund for Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation initiated by the client, there will be *no refund* of the 50% advance payment. The advance is considered non-refundable as it covers preparatory work and resource allocation.

- *Additional Costs*: If the project is canceled after the commencement of services, the client will be liable for any additional costs incurred up to the point of cancellation, including daily operational charges.

- We strongly advise our clients to finalize all project details before committing to our services to avoid any misunderstandings or disruptions.

# 5. Client Responsibilities

As a client of The Bollywood Helpline, you are expected to fulfill certain responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the project:

- *Clear Communication*: Provide all necessary information regarding the project scope, schedule, and requirements in a timely manner. This includes but is not limited to shooting dates, location preferences, catering needs, and travel logistics.

- *Timely Approvals*: Approve all relevant decisions, including location selections, budget estimations, and project timelines, to prevent delays in production.

- Access to Locations: Ensure that all necessary permissions and approvals for shooting at selected locations are secured in advance, unless otherwise agreed that The Bollywood Helpline will handle these aspects.

- Adherence to Schedules: Any delays in providing required information or approvals by the client may result in project delays, for which The Bollywood Helpline will not be held responsible.

# 6. Company Responsibilities

At The Bollywood Helpline, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction. We will:

- *Professionalism*: Provide all agreed-upon services in a professional and timely manner, using qualified personnel and state-of-the-art equipment.

- *Transparency*: Maintain clear communication regarding project progress, costs, and any unforeseen issues that may arise.

- *Problem Resolution*: In the event of any problems during the project, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve them quickly and efficiently.

# 7. Liability and Indemnity

- The Bollywood Helpline will not be liable for any delays, damages, or losses that occur due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions, government restrictions, or unforeseen production issues.

- The client agrees to indemnify and hold The Bollywood Helpline harmless against any claims, damages, or legal actions that may arise from the client’s failure to comply with the terms of this agreement.

# 8. Amendments to Terms

The Bollywood Helpline reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to clients, and the revised terms will be available on our website or via direct communication.

# 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved through mutual negotiation or, if necessary, by binding arbitration in Rajasthan.
